Justice Is Supposed to Be Blind, But Maybe Not This Blind…

The ACLU received a response to its Freedom of Information Act request for memos related to torture on Thursday. Here’s what the memos look like:

Not particularly interesting reading

It’s going to prove pretty difficult for the courts to perform their necessary role as arbiters of lawful conduct if this is all they’re given to work with.
